This Privacy Policy explains what personal data flexAIjobs collects when you interact with our quiz, opt-in, and guide pages, and when you buy a Guide, and how we use it. flexAIjobs is operated by flexAIjobs, which is the controller of your personal data. We serve customers worldwide, and for visitors in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, this policy follows the GDPR and UK GDPR.

1. What we collect

• Contact details: your name and email address, when you opt in for a free lesson, request a guide, or buy a Guide.
• Purchase details: which Guide you bought, the price paid, the date, and your country. Card details are handled by our payment provider, and we do not receive or store your full card number.
• Usage and device information: pages you visit, approximate location (country or region, from your IP address), device and browser type, and where you came from, collected through cookies, pixels and similar technology (see Section 6).
• Anything you send us directly, such as a support or refund email, or the career you ask us to build next.

2. How we use your data

• To deliver the free lesson or Guide you requested or purchased.
• To send you emails related to your purchase or opt-in, such as access links, receipts, and reminders.
• With your consent, to send further updates or offers about our Guides. You can opt out at any time (see Section 8).
• To respond to support, refund, or other requests you send us.
• To improve our pages, to measure our advertising, and to show our ads to people who have visited our site.
• To keep our site secure, prevent fraud, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

3. Legal basis (EEA and UK visitors)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (for example, opting in for a free lesson or marketing emails, and non-essential cookies or pixels); performing a contract with you (delivering a Guide you paid for); our legitimate interests in running, securing, and improving our business and measuring our marketing; and legal obligations such as tax and accounting. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We share the minimum data necessary with service providers who help us run flexAIjobs: our email delivery provider (to send you your lesson, prompts, and emails), our payment provider (to handle your payment securely), hosting and analytics providers, and advertising platforms where we use advertising pixels. We may also share data with professional advisers, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data for money.

5. International transfers

Our service providers may be located in different countries. This means your personal data may be processed outside the country where you live. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

6. Cookies, pixels and similar technology

We use a small amount of browser storage to remember basic things, like which lesson you unlocked. We may use analytics tools to understand overall traffic: Google Analytics 4. We may also use advertising pixels to measure our ads and show them to people who have visited our site: Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel. These tools can send information about your visit to those companies. Where the law requires your consent (for example in the EEA and the UK), we ask for it before using non-essential cookies or pixels, and you can change your choice at any time. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.

7. Your rights

• Everywhere: you can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and withdraw your consent for marketing emails at any time.
• EEA and UK: you can also object to or restrict our processing, ask for a portable copy of your data, and complain to your local data protection authority.
• Other regions (for example, US states such as California): where local law gives you rights to know, delete, correct, or opt out of the sale or sharing of your data, we respond in line with that law.

To use any of these rights, email support@flexaijobs.com. We respond within the time the applicable law requires (for the EEA and UK, generally one month). We may need to confirm your identity first.

8. Marketing emails

We send marketing emails only to people who have opted in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and includes our business address. Withdrawing consent does not affect access to a Guide you have already purchased.

9. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to provide our Guides and comply with our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymize it.

10. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

Our Guides are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page.
